Please join us at Wings Gallery for Instincts, an exhibition of paintings and drawings by the College of DuPage faculty members, Ann Blaas and Katherine Jost.

Instincts examines the ways in which the fight or flight response can be essential for survival. We instinctually understand many things, however it is the examination of impulses that is required to make sense of radically changing environments. These ruminations are the foundation of the research informing this exhibition; exploring relationships between instinct, intuition and anxiety and their central roles in the navigation of everyday life.

The exhibition opens with a reception Wednesday 9th of October at 3pm and continues until Wednesday October 23rd.
