Artist Statement

I created these paintings in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. For too long, people of color have experienced systemic racism and police brutality. It is time for every person, regardless of skin color, to take a stand against this type of terrorism and discrimination. We must support our fellow community members in their fight for racial equality and social justice.
