Light Modulating Wall

Light Modulating Wall is an exhibition of work from the students of Architecture 2202: Design II which explores natural daylight in architecture through the design of a light modulating architectural wall section.

In this three-week design study, students were challenged to design a memorable place using an architectural wall section. Working in teams, each group developed a light wall that gave an adjacent space a sense of place through the modulation of natural daylight. These projects attempt to create a dialog between architecture and occupant by capturing a poetic interaction with natural daylight, creating a unique and memorable experience.
